We currently offer telehealth sessions for both therapy and supervision through a secure online platform. Telehealth can be a great alternative to meeting in person, saving you time and money. It is a valuable resource for consistency in the therapy relationship.

As a therapist, we’re not just listening to what you say or do in session but also bringing awareness to how you are present in the therapy space. We look for how your facial expressions and mannerisms change, the energy you convey, and how your mind and body influence each other. While some information gets lost over a screen, the accessibility of online therapy allows you to feel comfortable in your own space, which hopefully encourages openness and vulnerability in therapy sessions.
